Briess Victory Malt

Briess Victory Malt

Please select from the following option(s) to see pricing and availability.

Victory malt gives a warm toasted nutty flavor which is great in Nut Brown Ales. Its clean flavor makes it well suited for ales and lagers alike, use in small amounts to add complexity and warm color.

Great malt for an adjunct... I usually put in a half to one pound for flavor.

Touch of biscuit
Always great to add that touch of “biscuit” flavor to any beer that calls for it.

it is victorious
I imagine fighter jets and stealth bombers soaring overhead and laying down a wicked sonic boom when I use this on brew day. I also quite like the toasty notes it provides.

Nice flavor for amber
Added to my pale base to give the amber a bit more flavor. Recommended.
