Free Shipping Over $79

Qualifying shipments (or individual shipments) over $79 ship free in the contiguous United States. A few products do not qualify for free shipping and are designated with "Does Not Ship Free" in the product detail. Those products are charged actual shipping rates.

• Processing Time: Fast & Free! Shipping orders are usually processed in 1-2 business days from the date that the order was placed. Delivery estimates specific to your order will be provided at check out and in your email confirmation.
• Location: Fast & Free! Shipping is only available to the lower 48 states.
• Address Type: Fast & Free! Shipping is only available to physical addresses, and not available to PO Box addresses.
• Carrier: Fast & Free! Shipping orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
• Qualifying Items: Shipment must contain $79 worth of qualifying items to ship free. Non-qualifying items may still ship on the same order (and will be charged for shipment).
• Promotions: Promotional codes and gift certificates may be used in conjunction with free shipping. However, the qualifying amount for free shipping is calculated based on the order total after any promotional codes or discounts are applied.
• Eligibility Changes: Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for MoreSaver! Free Shipping.
• Delivery Days: FedEx Home delivers to residences Tuesday through Saturday. FedEx delivers to businesses Monday through Friday.

Split Shipments & Pre-Orders

If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and pre-order or backordered items, the order will be split into separate shipments.

Please note: Shipping rates are calculated based on the contents of each individual shipment, not the total value of the original order. For Example: An order totalling $140 that is split into two parts, one of $80 and one of $60, will receive one shipment charge on the $60 portion and free shipping on the $80 portion.

• Orders placed by 1:00 pm Central Time will ship the same day. Orders placed later will ship the next business day.
• FedEx Home delivers to residences Tuesday through Saturday. FedEx Ground delivers to businesses Monday through Friday.

• Orders placed by 1:00 pm (warehouse time) will ship the same day. Orders placed later will ship the next business day.
• Choose FedEx 3-Day, 2-Day, or Overnight Delivery at Checkout.
• All expedited packages are delivered Monday - Friday. Saturday delivery is not an option.
• Example: An order with Overnight shipping placed before 1:00 pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Some large or heavy items must ship on a pallet via a freight carrier.

• Freight cost is calculated at checkout based on item weight, volume, and delivery address type (residential/business).
• You must select the liftgate option at checkout if your location does not have a forklift or loading dock to avoid extra charges.
• Freight orders take 2-4 business days to process and may add an additional day to transit time.

• All APO/FPO orders are shipped via USPS and do not qualify for free shipping.
• Drop ship or freighted items cannot be sent to APO/FPO addresses.
• Deliveries may take up to 21 days for some zip codes.

All international shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail International at your own risk. The receiver is responsible for any duties and taxes.

• We are not responsible for items damaged in shipment or perishable items.
• Please check your country's customs laws before ordering.
• If an order is returned to us for any reason, you will be refunded for the items, excluding perishable items and shipping charges.
• Drop ship and freight items cannot be shipped internationally but can be sent to a US-based freight forwarder.
• Please be aware that our electrical equipment is wired for 110v with US standard plugs unless otherwise noted.

Additional Fees: Any extra services requested by customers or billed by the shipping company (e.g., address changes, redelivery) will be charged accordingly.
