Bodacious Brown ale is full of malt and bittering hops, and a really nice finish of aroma and flavoring hops - perfect for those cold nights (and days) up in Sandwich, NH where Eric brews.  An excellent beer for the fall / autumn, right into the winter!

The Hops list on this recipe lists 1.5 oz Cascade as "steeping hops" How/when are these added for an all-grain brew?

BEST ANSWER: If the recipe calls for the hops to go in with the steeping grains in the extract beer then the equivalent would be to add them to the mash in your all grain brew. Otherwise, feel free to throw them in the whirlpool or even in the dry hop.

Excellent Brown Ale
I've been on the hunt for the perfect brown recipe and have finally found it!
Hop forward brown with 5.8 ABV, 13 lbs grain bill
Used Mangrove Jack M15 Empire Ale dry yeast vs options provided, OG 1.062, FG 1.016
Will keep in rotation for a long time, finishes really quickly...Thanks Eric
