This pump does not have a plug. It comes with the appropriate connectors to wire it to the BrewZilla's circuit board. For a brewery pump with similar performance, please see the MKII Pump.

The Green Demon
Upgrading the 65L BrewZilla's pump will have several distinct advantages. With a 5 gal/minute flow rate, you'll be able to perform more powerful whirlpools in your kettle after the boil. This will lead to better hop extraction from your whirlpool additions and it will decrease cooling time if you continue to whirlpool while running your wort chiller. The higher performance will also help you easily transfer wort to your fermenter, especially if you keep your fermenter on a raised surface. And if you use add a boiler extension, you won't see any decrease in recirculation performance when using the Green Demon.

During installation you will need to perform some light electrical terminal rewiring. This pump comes fitted with blade and circle connectors to swap out the 6W pump. You will need to reuse the grommet fitting, so be gentle when taking it off the stock pump.

Standard Configuration – No additional fittings/hoses required
This configuration is a direct swap out of the 6W pump to the 25W pump, utilizing the tee splitter and the original hosing that comes with the 65L Gen 4 BrewZilla. It does help a little bit if you use the outlet elbow piece on the inlet, and vice versa as the 25W pump is slightly taller than the 6W standard pump.

Alternative Configuration – Oli's Hail Mary
For this method you will need about 6.5" of 1/2" ID hosing, preferably braided silicone. You cannot use normal silicone hosing for this. This method does not use the tee piece or ball valve. It solely relies on the bigger 25W pump to do all of the transferring and recirculating needs.
