nice complex taste
Used it for making a Duvel clone and the result was a nice clear golden, complex Golden Strong Ale with a nice balance between fruity and spicy flavors.

Perfect for Trappist Single
Wow! Used this on a Trappist Single (or Patersbier) made a modest starter, pitched at 65 and it got working right away. Let it rise just to 68 then to 70 at 1 week for 3 days then back down to 65. Just took FG: 1.007!
Tastes great too. Just the right amount of that Belgian thing.

Worked great for Belgian Tripel and NE IPA
I started this yeast by using it for a Belgian Tripel which finished at 9.28%. I then used the yeast cake and tossed a Juicy NE IPA on top of it. The yeast crushed through the NE IPA and made a delicious beer. I would recommend trying this for both!

Used for cherry ale
Good for cherry ale made with sour cherries. Raise temp properly before bottling to ensure it ferments out completely.
