Description

Just like old fashioned cream soda. Leave out most of the honey with this one and go primarily with straight cane sugar. Makes 5 to 10 gallons per packet according to the instructions. We recommend using half a packet per 5 gallon batch.

  • 2 oz bottle makes 4 gallons
  • 4 oz pack makes 5-10 gallons
  • 1 gallon jug makes 256 gallons

Gnome Cream Soda Extract
I just love making cream soda with this extract. I find store bought sodas are too sweet. I mix simple syrup with the extract and add carbonated water. This way I regulate the amount of sugar used. Excellent product!
