Description

These neoprene keg sleeves are custom tailored to fit the Depth Charge series Torpedo Kegs. We were tired of poorly designed sleeves that dragged in the mud and interfered with fittings. The Torpedo Keg Sleeve is designed to only cover the area that needs insulation, leaving the chimes bare and the fittings easily accessible. These little guys will keep your keg colder longer, and give it a clean look while doing so. The sleeves are 6mm thick and feature stitched piping on the edges for exceptional durability.

How is this neoprene temperature rated? Could I used this as an insulation for an Electric boil kettle ?

BEST ANSWER: We offer a different neoprene insulation sleeve for the electric brewing systems. This is designed specifically for the Torpedo Kegs that are a larger diameter. For insulation to work it needs to be snug, so this will not work unless your brewing system is the same diameter as the Torpedo Kegs.

Fits 15 Gallon Kettles as well

I actually used this neoprene jacket for my 15gallon kettles (Spike and Brewbuilt). Fits like a glove. Almost it was designed for these kettles.
The neoprene stretches quite good, so slipping it over the kettle with TC ports to cut holes was pretty easy to do.
Perfect for E-Kettles and/or mash tuns
