This new universal cask from Speidel is perfect for storing, mixing, fermenting, and transporting a variety of liquids. This tank is made with Speidel's signiture german craftsmanship making this tank very easy to clean and more resistant to the acids coming from fruit. The cask has a hole in the lid to allow for an airlock for fermentation and a 3/4 in. hole at the base for a racking spigot. Works great as a universal fermenter, especially for products that require a wide opening for additions of whole fruit, etc. Excellent for wine storage.
Made from 304 stainless steel these casks come with a 25 year warranty.
