Trying something new -spruce in beer
Well it sure smells and tastes like spruce -just put some in a batch of beer last night -won't know if I like the beer until I try it in a couple months!

I'm sure it will grow on me
I haven't brewed anything with it yet, but I put a couple drops in a beer I was drinking and I have to admit, in the right amount it adds a nuance of flavor that's unique. I was somewhat surprised when I opened the bottle that it smelled like wintergreen candy. I don't know what I was expecting... something more herbal perhaps.

Fabulous product. Highly recommend
If you're looking for that classic spruce flavor for sodas or cocktails, I definitely recommend this product. A little bit goes a long way, so I would also recommend purchasing a dropper bottle.
