What makes KOMOS Kegerators better than the rest?

  • Designed to hold up to FOUR 5-gallon ball lock corny kegs (see below for full list of what fits)
  • Serve ice cold beer even in the warmest environments thanks to highly-efficient refrigeration components
  • Stainless steel forward-sealing faucets offer a huge upgrade over common chrome plated brass taps
  • Choose from the classic stainless, stainless with black finish or the upgraded stainless flow control model
  • Faucets mount to a high-quality stainless steel tower, rather than a cheap chrome plated tower
  • Interior fan diverts cold air up into the tower to keep your beer lines cold and reduce foaming
  • EVABarrier double walled draft tubing protects your beer against oxidation
  • Duotight push-to-connect fittings make assembly a breeze
  • Included KOMOS Dual Gauge CO2 Regulator maintains consistent pressure and is easily adjusted

The KOMOS Kegerator offers a stunning set of features that clearly separate this unit as the most modern kegerator on the market. With more interior space than other models, the KOMOS Kegerator is designed to fit up to four 5-gallon Slimline Torpedo kegs or Pepsi-style Ball Lock Corny kegs. Whether you choose the single, double, triple, or quad tap configuration, you'll receive stainless steel forward-sealing faucets in either classic or flow control model. Stainless faucets are a huge upgrade over the chrome-plated brass faucets commonly included with other kegerators, and you'll quickly recognize the quality of a forward-sealing beer faucet compared to the standard taps seen at your local tavern or in-law's mancave. Rather than a chrome plated tower, the NukaTap faucets are mounted to a stainless steel tower that remains cool before, during, and after each pour thanks to a tower fan diverter that recirculates cold air within the kegerator and blows it up into the tower to keep your beer lines cold and reduce foaming. From keg to faucet, your beer will pass through EVABarrier draft lines, a premium double-walled tubing designed to protect against beer oxidation. And with Duotight push-to-connect fittings, you'll have your lines connected in a snap with no need to force the tubing over barb fittings or fiddle with hose clamps. Other features you'll love about the KOMOS Kegerator include its highly-efficient cooling capacity so you'll be serving ice cold beer even in the warmest temperatures, extra wide temperature range from 26–82°F, dual gas inlets at the back, aluminum internal floor, rolling casters, and the included KOMOS Dual Gauge CO2 regulator.

The most eye-catching difference between the KOMOS unit and other kegerators is definitely the capacity. This is the first kegerator we have offered that comes with a quadruple tap tower option, and that’s all thanks to the redesigned interior. Most kegerators position the compressor on the right or left side of the inside floor, making one side shallower than the other. KOMOS positions the compressor in the middle so both sides of the interior have an equal depth. This seemingly small detail allows the unit to hold up to four 5-gallon Slimline Torpedo or Ball Lock Corny kegs.

Dual gas line inlets are absolutely clutch if you want to serve beverages at two different pressures or use two different types of gas. Both inlets are just over 3/4" in diameter and feature PCO 1881 threads. This threading allows you to use the plastic Carbonation Ball Lock Cap (FE133) as a quick connect option for your gas lines.

Upgraded condenser, evaporator, and insulation make this unit highly efficient, yet quiet, so you can serve ice cold beer in even the warmest temperatures. The unique internal fan provides excellent air circulation, pulling cold air from below the evaporator and blowing it back over the top of your kegs and up into the tower to chill your draft lines.

Extra Wide Temperature Range is Perfect for Homebrewers
The KOMOS kegerator is tailored to a homebrewer's needs. Take, for example, the extended range digital controller with an adjustable temperature range from 26 - 82°F. This allows homebrewers to use as fermentation chamber and is something that other kegerators don't do. Although the unit does not provide heating, the extended range allows you to program the internal temperature at say an ale fermentation temp of 68°F and will provide cooling whenever the temp rises above that set point. With the insulation provided by the kegerator, heating should rarely be needed, but you can always place a low wattage heat wrap inside the unit if ever needed. The digital controller always displays the temperature and is easily adjusted from the front of the kegerator with the door closed. It's pretty nice.

Forward-sealing Stainless Faucets and Towers
All KOMOS kegerators come with NukaTap stainless steel forward-sealing faucets and a stainless steel draft tower. While other kegerator brands include basic, chrome-plated faucets and ABS plastic draft towers to reduce cost, KOMOS includes these premium upgrades as standard.

Forward-sealing means that while in the closed position the faucet will keep beer in it instead of draining out. This keeps the internal parts from getting sticky and reduces the chance of off flavors transferring to your beer while you pour. Most other kegerators on the market will include the cheapest, rear-sealing chrome-plated beer faucets that you'd find at any dive bar. KOMOS kegerators include not only a faucet that features superior pour technology, but made from stainless steel which won't corrode over years of use.

Choose from the classic forward-sealing faucet, matte black finish faucet, or the upgraded flow control model that allows you to dial in the flow rate of the beverage you're dispensing. The flow control faucet is a great option for users that often switch between beer styles with different carbonation levels. No need to rebalance your lines or play with your regulator settings. Instantly make adjustments as you pour to dial in the flow rate. This is also a super convenient feature for when you want to grab a quick growler on your way out. By dialing back the flow rate, you can gently fill your growler so CO2 stays in solution and your beer doesn't pour flat when it comes time to share.

Duotight Fittings & EVABarrier Draft Tubing
Duotight and EVABarrier have revolutionized how you connect draft line, and our kegerators come standard with both. We love Duotight push-in fittings for their quick connection, reliable seal, and versatility. Setting up and connecting draft line has never been easier -- no more hose clamps or heating water to soften tubing! Each kegerator comes with Duotight fittings for the tower shanks, regulator, and for splitting gas lines (double & triple tap only). We recommend adding Duotight fittings to use for your keg connections as well. Depending on whether you'll be serving from homebrew kegs or commercial sanke kegs, you'll need two DUO106 or two DUO104 per line.

EVABarrier tubing has been engineered with protection in mind and is both PVC-free and BPA-free. This double walled tubing offers superior protection against oxidation, CO2 loss, and microbial growth. EVA tubing is the future of draft line for professional applications, and now your kegerator will feature the same first-class tubing.

KOMOS Regulator
The included high-quality KOMOS CO2 regulator maintains consistent pressure and features a blow-off PRV with pull ring for safety and to relieve pressure, rubber coated gauges, and a hand knob for easy adjustment. Many kegerator brands will include the cheapest regulator they can find, and while these regulators may work OK out of the box, they will eventually show signs of pressure creep which can lead to foamy beer and other issues with your draft system. Rather than have you rely on a regulator that is "just OK", KOMOS kegerators include their own premium dual gauge regulator with highly accurate precision diaphragm and heavy-duty steel gauges. Included with your kegerator package is a Duotight fitting that attaches to the regulator for an easy, solid, push-to-connect connection with your gas line.

Added Features
One of the unique features on a kegerator in this price range is the tower fan, which blows cold air up into your tower to reduce foaming issues. They also come standard with the KOMOS dual gauge CO2 regulator, which is super beefy and consistent in delivering accurate pressures. Most Chinese-made regulators experience creep where the pressure increases over time. The KOMOS regulator is by far the best CO2 regulator we have seen made in China.

The countertop drip tray couldn't be easier to keep clean. Built-in drip trays look cool, but they're a pain to keep clean. Before long they get pretty disgusting with dried, spilled beer -- attracting fruit flies and becoming a haven for mold and bacteria to grow. They'll often overflow the reservoir inside the kegerator causing a huge mess. Our kegerator's tray is designed to be removed and easily washed.

BEST ANSWER: I have a 3 tap faucet on my Kegerator and I am able to fit (Tightly) 2 Kegs side by side in the back and one centered in the front. Along with a forth 2.5 keg balanced on the back shelf where the C02 usually goes. I am using standard ball lock connectors on the Torpedo They sit below the top rim handle no problem. If you are trying to stack you will not get another on top of the 6 gallon due to height.
Can this unit be used on my covered lanai? On a hot day the ambient temperature gets up to 85 degrees. Thanks!
BigKev on Jun 19, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I have mine in an unairconditioned Florida room year around and it works well. There are some days that it is over 100F out and it keeps it to 38-40F, but that is rare. Make sure it has room around it to breath and dissipate the heat.
Has anyone fit a half barrel full size commercial keg in one of these? it says it will fit but I have my doubts?
Daniel L on Dec 11, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hi Daniel - Yes, a half barrel size commercial keg will fit in this model.
Can this kegerator be used under the counter in a bar?
Gregory R on Jun 19, 2020
BEST ANSWER: I suppose so if the refrigerator height is ok. The draft tower is removable (shipped off with a plug in the draft line hole. You would just have to run the draft lines through the hole in the top, insulate and pack them, then mount the draft tower on the bar top.
Can this unit be installed built into a cabinet, or do I need to order the outdoors model?
Tyler H on Sep 5, 2021
BEST ANSWER: The standard model should not be installed in a cabinet without room for airflow around the sides. These modern compact refrigerators do not use a condenser fan and dissipate the heat through the sides. They need good clearance on both sides and a way to allow air circulation to work efficiently. If you are in doubt about the application, download the manual before buying the unit.
I bought the Komos 3 Way Gas manifold for my 3 tap Komos Kegerator and wanted to know know what's the best place to mount it inside and how to properly install it inside the unit without causing any damage to it?

KOMOS® Gas Manifold | Aluminum | 1/4 in. Flare
BEST ANSWER: I suspect with the 3 tap you'll have a bit more room to work with. I have the 4 tap series X (same thing basically). I ended up using Scotch mount Extreme indoor/outdoor double sided tape to mount inside on the "ceiling." Seems to be working well enough, reduces flexibility in moving the kegs around a bit.

I did happen to notice that you can wedge the 45 angled bit right above the fan at the back as well. This would allow you to screw it into the roof as well. The downside here is that the outlets then point down at 45 degrees and once you stick a DuoTight adapter on the end you're really close to the height of a ball lock keg, so I didn't go that route.

Hopefully this description makes sense, I don't seem to be able to attach a photo alongside.
I have the 4 Tap version. Does anyone else unit make a high pitch whistling noise when the condenser turns on?
Pedro V on Jul 6, 2021
BEST ANSWER: Mine make an annoying fairly loud high pitched noise as well. I would be interested to hear if there is a solution. I found a video on youtube of someone with the same issue and no resolution was found there either.
Can I pay to upgrade to the flow control faucets?
Aaron Q on Dec 23, 2020
BEST ANSWER: Yes. Definitely. I recommend it, it’s nice to control the flow into the glass without wasting beer. With multiple kegs, it’s common to have 1 beer more carbonated than another because they are not tapped at the same time.
I'm considering purchasing this unit. I have had a different brand kegerator for about 15 years. That one has always iced up badly on the back plate after a couple weeks at serving temperature, so now I normally use it for mostly for primary fermentation. Has anybody had issues with this kegerator icing up?
Robert D on Jun 11, 2020
BEST ANSWER: No icing issue whatsoever. I've had it in the hot garage when it is about 95F, and also same garage when it is 40F. That said, I live in an area where it is dry dry dry all the time. Maybe if you live in a humid area it would ice up. For me, though, it works great.
Are the sides of the kegerator supposed to get warm? They get pretty hot on mine? The kegerator is in an open are. So the he isn’t trapped. Seems very inefficient.
Steven S on Sep 4, 2021
BEST ANSWER: The sides of mine get pretty warm too. I didn't think too much of it. Holds the internal temperature very well even in the summertime, so I haven't worried. Hope that helps. Cheers!
Hi, which way does the door open?
William C on Sep 30, 2021
BEST ANSWER: Shipped the door opens from the left (hinge on the right side looking from the front). However, it appears the door can be reversed since the door has handle indents on both sides and there are threaded holes to move the hinge bracket on the bottom and pin at the top.
I just got the three tower unit. I was wondering if i needed a manifold in order to run lines to all my kegs. I realized after i got it that i had to put the gas lines in series meaning that i only have one pressure for all gas lines. Also if i don't have a keg on one of the lines, will the gas just leak out or are the inlet attachments only live when attached? Im thinking that i need a three line manifold so that i can cut off the gas line prior to attaching and detaching but there is nothing in the instructions about that. Could use some guidance.
John David Z on Jul 27, 2022
BEST ANSWER: John I had the same question and a manifold would help but is not necessary if you purchased the duo tap adaptors at the time of your kegorator purchase. The adaptors come as a set depending on style when you purchased the kegoratorr. my gas lines do not leak when I disconnect a keg. I have ball lock and sanke style d connections. I usually always have three kegs connected. The flow controls work wonderfully especially if you have different styles of beer that need different carbonation levels. I hope this helps
I want to get the 4 tap version but may not always have 4 kegs in it. What way do you guys recommend to shut off each one individually? Thanks for any help
Joshua Jason L on Jun 28, 2022
BEST ANSWER: A liquid line, as others have said, won't run if it's not connected to a pressurized keg. Cleaning the lines and taps when not in use is a good idea, of course, and the tap on the tower will still be there. If you really wanted to, you could take disabled taps off, but then you'd just have a hole where the tap used to be, which isn't much better. Gas lines don't have any hardware on the tower, and it's easy enough to simply reconfigure the gas-line for 1, 2, 3, or 4 (or more, if you buy extra branching fittings!) keg connections.I leave mine configured for four ball-lock connections at all times though, and just leave the ball-lock connectors on unused gas lines loose --- if they're not attached to a ball-lock keg fitting, they should remain sealed.
Could this fit three 5 gal Slimline Torpedo Kegs with room for a 5lb Co2 tank inside?
Stephen G on Aug 31, 2020
BEST ANSWER: I bought the previous version of Kegland, KegKing, Komos, kegerator. It is the same kegerator they keep changing the name they're made in Australia. I make smaller batches usually 3 gallon batches. Anyway to answer you yes there is room for 3 kegs and the 5lb tank inside. its a tight fit but it works. I have 2-1/2 gal. and 3 gal. AEB kegs. They are 8-3/4 inch diameter and 17.5 inch tall. Three are in there now and room for 5 lb co2 tank. if you have all 5 gallon kegs they will work because it has about 28" inside height clearance. Its been a nice unit I have it in the basement and it keeps my beer nice and cold. It does have a low humming sound sometimes when it is cooling no problem for me but might be irritating if it was in a den, family room or kitchen. It works for me and with the wide temperature range sometimes I use it for fermenting .I would buy again and the V2 model even states more room. Also I'd recommend the springs for the Intertap faucets they really work in pulling the faucet closed after each use. I've had mine for about 14 months now with no problems. Hope this info helps
can you use a regular sanke d coupler in these units? Or do you have to get a low profile sanke?
Christopher K on Dec 28, 2022
BEST ANSWER: I don’t have one but based on my measurements, I was going to buy a low profile coupler to give a little more workspace. Enter an answer to this question.
Do you leave the tower fan on all the time or just before you plan to have a beer or four?
kye w on Nov 11, 2022
BEST ANSWER: All the time. It's best that way. The fan actually makes the biggest difference on the first pull; that's the one that will be warm without the fan, and it will be foamy as a result. The next pulls would come from the keg, which will be cold. You want the beer in the tower to stay cold since it would be the hardest to cool back down if you let it get warm (the fan isn't exactly a hurricane, but it does the job if you let it).
Given the temperature range of 26-82 degrees does this have the ability to heat as well as cool?
Ryan R on Jun 13, 2020
BEST ANSWER: The fridge does not have the capacity to heat the inside. If you want to heat a fermentation or the inside of the fridge then you will need to order a seperate heater.
What is the depth with the tank attached? I am setting this up against a wall next to my bar sink base
Mark A. on Apr 9, 2020
BEST ANSWER: I purchased the 3-tap version of this kegerator. With the tank holder on the back, it will stick out from the main unit by 7”-8”. However, the tank holder on the back can come off easily. I have my tank on the floor to the right of the kegerator (you can put if either side or even inside). Without the tank holder & tank in back, the kegerator clearance to back wall is 1”-1 1/2”.
What would it take for the CO2 tank be external?
John Powell on Jul 18, 2019
BEST ANSWER: It comes with a holder that mounts to the back and holds the CO2 tank. There is also a dedicated port to allow the gas line into the kegerator. If you get a 2 or 3 tap model, they send enough barbed T-splitters to allow you to get gas to all your kegs.
I just purchased the KOMOS 3 Tap and it hasn't arrived yet. Does it come with the 3-way gas manifold?

KOMOS® Gas Manifold | Aluminum | 1/4 in. Flare | 3 Way
KOMOS® Gas Manifold | Aluminum | 1/4 in. Flare | 3 Way
BEST ANSWER: I purchased the 4-tap version. It comes with a dual regulator... I imagine that is what will come with your three tapper. It comes with duo tight fittings to branch off the regulator to the kegs. So all your beers will serve at the same pressure as set on your regulator. I purchased four additional regulators, one for each keg, and ran the CO2 regulator to that series of regulators. I wanted to be able to set each beer to a different serving pressure. Later, I added a fifth regulator to use for force carbonating kegs outside the kegerator so I could close the door and not have lines running outside. All my regulators are mounted externally to the kegerator. My CO2 tank is hidden in a cabinet beside the kegerator. All my lines are the EVA barrier type, which is the type of line that will ship with your Komos. It is stiff but smaller diameter and stays cleaner in my opinion. Hopefully this answers your question. I would send a pic but this response thing will not allow it. Thomas
If I get the quad tap can I use with only 1, 2 or 3 kegs set up or would I leak co2 from the taps not in use? Want the option of 4 taps but don't plan on always having 4 kegs.
Blake T on Jan 1, 2024
BEST ANSWER: I have this and do not always run four. I have had a leak from a fitting but that was inside the fridge (not from this line being empty). Also, if the taps are on the liquid side and the co2 runs into the keg then pushes the beer out the liquid side. As long as you have your fittings on the co2 lines you should not have a leak.
Can you mount a 4 way co2 splitter inside the kegerator on one of the walls?
Chris K on Nov 9, 2021
BEST ANSWER: It depends on the size of what you call a splitter. If all the kegs will have the same pressure you can just use “Ts” to string four ball locks in series (that’s what I did using 3 Ts. I’d you want different pressure in one or two using two bottles, there are two different feedthroughs in the back of the kegerator.
Can a second bottle of Nitrogen (besides CO2) be installed off the back and brought to 1 keg?
David S on Dec 29, 2023
BEST ANSWER: There are two holes for airlines. I'm running a dual pressure CO2 regulator and both air lines fit through one of the two holes. There's only one tank holder, so you would have to find a way to secure the Nitrogen bottle.
I'm curious what length beer lines most people are using. Some people mention using their own tubing but if you use the 4mm that comes with the system, should 5 feet be enough?
Paul C on Oct 19, 2022
BEST ANSWER: I used 6 feet per tap, using the 4mm as the beverage line, as recommended. I get excellent pours. I recommend consulting the free PDF of the Brewer's Association "Draught Beer Quality Manual"
What's the difference between KOMOS® Kegerator with Intertap Stainless Steel Faucets versus KOMOS® V2 Kegerator with NukaTap Stainless Steel Faucets?

KOMOS® Kegerator | NukaTap® Stainless Steel Faucets | Fan Cooled Stainless Tower | Digital Thermostat | Casters | Regulator | Fits 1 Half Barrel Keg or 4 Corny Kegs
KOMOS® Kegerator | NukaTap® Stainless Steel Faucets | Fan Cooled Stainless Tower | Digital Thermostat | Casters | Regulator | Fits 1 Half Barrel Keg or 4 Corny Kegs
KOMOS® Kegerator with Intertap® Stainless Steel Faucets
KOMOS® Kegerator with Intertap® Stainless Steel Faucets
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for your question. Both of these have the same fridge, tower, and tubing. The only difference is the faucets themselves. NukaTaps are a newer design with materials that have less thermal density which limits how much the beer warms up and foams up when it is pouring. The Intertap faucets are entirely stainless steel and are tried-and-true so to speak.
New Komos, and the temperature controls don’t respond. Anyone else run across this?
Jacob H on Oct 22, 2021
BEST ANSWER: You have to press and hold the temp up or down button until it starts flashing, then adjust to the new temp that you want to set. It will stop flashing and shift to the new temperature.
Has anyone mounted a manifold inside the unit? I want to reuse all my old tubing and 3 way manifold as I want to control all 3 lines for gas.
Christopher K on Aug 26, 2021
BEST ANSWER: Hi Christopher, I did not mount my 3 port manifold, I thought to mount it on one of the glass rack holes, but instead I bought all new tubing 8mm and added duotight fittings, I also installed inline duotight shutoff valves on the gas lines. I left the tubing long enough so I can extend the keg out of the kegerator with fittings still attached, making it for easy access. The manifold just floats around on the left side and I have had no problems. Good Luck, Ben B
Can this kegerator be used as a built-in unit, not free-standing?
Patrick J on Jul 24, 2021
BEST ANSWER: While I have yet to install this unit,, I plan on using it as a built in as I've previously bought a different brand and was able to do so.. so I'm assuming I can do something similar with this one..

To be fair,, I'm a cabinet maker and accustomed to customizing components to work.

What I had to do with the other brand was to separate the tap column from the unit itself and reattach it to my solid surface top. Additionally I added a plastic tube to go through the counter top and into the keggorator to keep the unit sealed between both surfaces.

So assuming I can follow the same method as explained above, I feel very confident I can make the work as well!!

Hopefully this helps.

If you'd like some further insights I'd be happy to help.
What all do I need to get with this to have everything i need to setup upon arrival?
Devlin L on Mar 18, 2021
BEST ANSWER: You need a CO2 cylinder filled with CO2. If you are a home brewer, it fits up to 4 kegs that hold 5 gallon batches. I use Cornelius kegs with ball lock but any Corny kegs will work. You need gas in and beer out fittings that match your choice of keg that the duo fitting will screw onto. It is super easy to set up. Just be patient on the tower setup. You only want to do this once. There are other whistles and bells you could add but the above gets beer flowing and that is the whole goal.
I'm considering this for my covered patio, it can get to 100 degrees in July and August in Texas, will this model hold up? I'm hoping with the increased insulation, bigger compressor and insulated tap neck it will be ok for those 2 months?
Michael R on Aug 8, 2020
BEST ANSWER: Short answer - I don't think it will do well. Long answer - when my house gets to mid-80s inside I've observed the compressor running frequently and the chamber temperature drifts up by a few degrees. Additionally, while the tower cooling fan does a fairly good job of minimizing foaming, it's not as effective at warmer room temperatures. Tower condensation is also a problem when the humidity goes up. This causes a big puddle on the kegerator and reduces the ability to cool the lines in the tower. As always, YMMV .

Highly recommended
Bought this guy two years ago after not wanting to bottle anymore. I couldn't be any happier. Assembly was easy, the fridge gets the beer ice cold, and I can lager in it whenever I don't have beer ready to drink.

Came with an empty CO2 container which was a nice cost save when I exchanged it at my local home brew shop.

Kinda Noisy
I am a bit surprised how noisy this thing is. Both the fan and compressor combine for a constant rattle and hum. I expected a little sound but this is pretty irritating as the description lists is as "highly efficient, yet quiet". Not so much. My wife has already started complaining about the sound.
Also has no insulation on the tower cap, resulting in a lot of condensation.
It is really good looking and achieved temp quickly.

Great but noisy
Super easy set up. Worst part was taking it out of the box. Controls could have more directions. It is simple but at least say to lower or raise temp press and hold button until it blinks then change temp. The one thing that is really annoying is it is noisier than my previous barely working shuttering keezer. When it is at temp it is quit, no noise, but when that sucker starts up and runs to cook down, I'm just glad it's in the garage. So far I can fit a keg and a fermenting bucket inside at the same time. No trouble yet with the black flaking, I am concerned about that wish I has seen the review before ordering. Otherwise good!

Not worth the money
Mine died afer 4 years. Poorly made and way over priced. I would recommend buying something other than Komos.

Response from MoreFlavor
Thank you for your review. It is a shame that your fridge is no longer working. We do stock some specific replacement parts that can help revive a unit. Also it is important to note that your mileage and lifetime will vary a lot based on the relative ambient temperatures, the temperature swing, how often it is opened, and what temperature you have it set to. We find that folks who keep theirs set to a moderate temperature in the high 30's to low 40's have the longest longevity with these units.

Please reach out to us and we may be able to get your machine back up and running. Cheers!

Beautiful kegerator with few issues
This is a beautiful kegerator and it shipped without any damage. The neoprene sleeve on the tower had some mold growth issues but lowering the humidity to 40% cured that. The temperature control is a little fussy and touchpad keys don't always respond. Basically had to set it on 30° to get the beer to stay below 40°. The NukaTap faucets are the real problem as all three had broken red rings the first time I disassembled them for cleaning. I spoke with customer service but their only response was to recommend the Nuka ring replacement kit at $4.99, which only had two of the red rings. After a year, I have given up on replacing the red rings and have tried various regular black rubber ones to fix the problem with mixed results.

Very happy. Glad I took the plunge
I had been considering a kegorator for years for my home bar. Finally decided to take the plunge. I picked this one for 3 main reasons,

1) ability to hold 3 slims
2) designed for CO2 talk to be mounted on back
3) wide temp range least leads me to believe a heavier duty unit

So far (about 3/4 thru my first slim) I'm very pleased and regret not making the plunge sooner. My corner placement makes it idea for the tank mounted on back.

One surprise is how effective the tower fan is. I've used with and without and seems to work well. Especially that first pour.

It keep temp fairly steady and guage seems accurate. The unit is not silent when the compressor is on, but even just watching TV or music in the background drowns it out. I wouldn't hate if the compressor was slightly less noisy, but its not really an issue.

Assembly was pretty straight forward. A few more details would have been helpful but even tho I've never used a kegorator or bought a keg in my life it was pretty easy. And what was very helpful was doing the CO2 leak test. This allowed me to figure out how it all works and get it dialed in. I actually did the test a couple times to ensure no leaks and seed how to fine tune the pressure.

I was considering getting the upgraded wheels. Mainly to add height and if I wanted to temp use on patio. I still might, but the standard casters work well on my tile floor.

Overall, very please so far.

Great Kegerator for the Price!
I've owned this kegerator with 4 taps for just over 1 year. I installed it into my back bar with the top of the kegerator even with granite countertops. My CO2 tank and regulator are in the adjacent cabinet. So I have about 1/4" clearance on each side and the back of the kegerator is against the wall. We built a finished platform to raise the top even with the counter. Leveling glides are extended halfway. I've not had any issues with the kegerator overheating and it keeps my kegs at 36 degrees consistently. I know the recommendation is 4" all around but I've not had any issues. I've also been able to put 2 commercial kegs and 2 slimline kegs in the kegerator at the same time. I have not tried 4 commercial kegs because I always have home brew on tap. Would be interested to know if anyone has put 4 commercial 5 gal kegs in this kegerator. No complaints with this unit at all!

Komos Kegerator and MoreBeer Support
I bought Komos kegerator with 3 taps and the optional large casters. This unit arrived damaged in shipping and MoreBeer support was terrific, which is comforting and appreciated. I received a replacement unit within a reasonable time which has been operating well.

The smaller casters are OK if only moving the unit within the same room, but the larger ones are convenient for moving around the house for events.

Overall a good kegerator at a good price point, and excellent customer service

This is a hard no for me.
I have owned mine since September 2021. It has been making loud noises more and more frequently and I assume it is only a matter of time before something goes. A query to customer service noted that loud noise is a known issue with these units. And I recently saw in a home brewers (for sale) facebook page someone posted their unit they bought around the same time that already needs a new compressor. This elicited a lot of responses from folks commenting with similar problems.
