Benchy Sparkling is the answer for instant chilled and carbonated water on demand. Simply connect your household water supply and CO2 Cylinder to the unit and receive unlimited sparkling and chilled water from the draft faucets. The chiller is highly efficient with very little power draw while idle and has enough cooling capacity to serve up to 8 gallons of sparkling water per hour. This unit comes without shanks or draft faucets, as it can be used as a countertop unit or installed under your counter and routed to a faucet you install on your counter or kitchen sink. If you plan to use it as a countertop unit, we highly recommend NukaTap Flow Control Faucets.

Easy Installation:

• Plug the Benchy into the wall

• Connect household water supply

Fully Adjustable
The Benchy Sparkling has an integrated digital temp controller so you can control the temperature from 0.5-10°C (33-50°F).  You can also vary the carbonation level from 0.5 volumes to over 5 volumes for super bubbly water.

Cooling Performance
The Benchy Sparkling is able to chill about 5 to 8 gallons of sparkling water per hour (based on ambient water and air temperature of 68°F). To further increase the capacity of this unit, you can pre-chill the water from your household supply line either by a holding tank (ball lock keg) in the fridge or a DraftMaster Chiller. If you pre-chill the water you can more than double the output of the Benchy Sparkling. The reservoir temperature on the Benchy should never be set below 2°C (35°F) as you will run the risk of freezing the water inside the carbonation keg.
