If you are brewing a German beer, Weyermann has to be your choice of malt if you can get it.

German wheat beer has superior insanely hallucinogenic qualities. This stuff will make you see things that aren't actually there.

My favorite malt for pilsners, helles, wit, kolsch, tripel, saison. Great stuff.

A rock-solid default wheat malt
I've made a number of sours with this malt, and a single Hefeweizen, and this malt is a classic for a reason - it contributes great cracker-y, flour-y notes, lightness, and the other odds and ends like head retention and a solid enzyme load. I'd be hard pressed to use anything else unless I want a smoked wheat beer

Got the job done
Just what you’d expect from a pale ale malt. I used this as about 1/3 of a mash for a white IPA. Final result still pending, but all data on track so far, so happy with this product

Great for German wheat styles
This malt is just what you need for brewing any German style wheat beer. I love the flavor when paired with Weyermann's Bohemian Floor Malted Pilsner.
