These oat flakes are perfect for making any beer style you want to add a silky, smooth mouthfeel to whether it be an Oatmeal Stout or a New England IPA. Or toss a little in to any recipe to help with head retention in the glass. Since oats have a higher fat content you should not store therm for an extended period of time. Good rule of thumb is to use them within six months.
