IT stays closed in the boil pot when I anchor the string to the handle of the pot

Hey its a mesh bag that is fine enough to keep most of the hop pellet in the bag.

Get it

Works great for adding hops to the boil kettle.

Easier to remove after the 1 hour boil than the metal cylindrical ones that hang from the inside sides of the boil kettle.

Also less chance of a boil over when keeping the flame at a hard boil. The metal cylindrical ones somehow cause boil overs when the flame is high, and there is no breeze or air blowing over the top of the kettle.
