Description

These are now available for pre-order! We'll be receiving the rhizomes and fulfilling orders as soon as they're available, which should be in early-mid April.

4-6% AA - Grows well in all climates. Mild pleasant slightly spicy. Great for use in American ales when you don't want the Citrus notes of Cascade. Is a great hop to use when blending different hops together.

Rhizomes should be planted immediately for best results. If your area is still experiencing frost then you can plant them in a planter indoors until it is safe to transplant outside. The first years crop will generally be smaller than subsequent years. Since these are live plants, we cannot guarantee they will grow, so we recommend buying two of each type to help ensure their success.

Click here for a PDF on proper treatment and care of hop rhizomes and plants.

Since the rhizomes are presale items, we ask that you do not place other items on your rhizome presale order.  Any additional items placed on rhizome presale orders will be split into their own order, and subject to additional shipping fees.

Shipping Restrictions:

Due to agricultural restrictions, we can only ship rhizomes to addresses that are in the United States, excepting Hawaii, Oregon, Washington, and the counties of Bonner and Kootenai in Idaho. Unfortunately, we cannot ship these to international locations including APO/FPO addresses.

Prebook Item: Please note this item is not currently in stock, but is available for Pre-Order. We do require payment in full in order to reserve stock.

Great Buy
Growing really well in the backyard

grows back every year!
Despite my best efforts I haven't managed to kill this beautiful plant. I planted 2 and one survived. If I knew what I was doing both would be doing great. I got a handful of hops last year. This year I should get a pretty decent harvest. If you have any gardening skills you should have no problem.

So far so good
Just planted three weeks ago and both are sprouting. Looking forward to watching them grow!

Not recomended
Ive done tons of business with Morebeer and I highly recommend them with exception of rhizome purchases. I ordered 6 and only have one survivor. 3 of them had fallen out of the packaging(plastic bag with one staple that hop slid past) and were dry and dead floating in the box. The rest were dry and hardly alive due to the lack of moisture in the bag. Called and spoke to them about this and they offered to send new ones. This was back on 4/11 and still have received nothing to replace the ones that were sent. For me, this turned out to be a complete waste, don't have a single hop plant to show for the 30$ spent on their product.

Can wait for these to take off.
This is my first year growing hops. These shipped very quick and are big and ready to go into the ground. Now I just gotta wait a few years to enjoy them.

Good second-year harvest however, never came back after that.
I planted these as directed but only got one year harvest. I live in northern Florida so the temperature and sunshine is great but the plants just didn't last.

Two years old
I bought these in April 2012 and they are growing as strong as ever right now. I need to go out and run new strings for them this weekend. Last year they were way better than the first year and this year they look way better than they did last year. Can't go wrong here.
