Like adding watermelon concentrate
I'm adding this review since I couldn't find much information on how to best use this product.

It tastes like a concentrated watermelon flavor. I'm guessing there are residuals sugars which can ferment. It tastes mostly like a watermelon Now and Later candy but not in a bad way.

It is suggested to use 3-4 oz per 5 gallons. I tasted with 3 oz in a mild beer and the taste was slight. I ended up using the whole 4 oz and it was a watermelon taste but not sweet or a strong flavor.

- I first crushed the clumps but didn't crush all completely. This is a powder but mine had clumped a bit together after buying. I'm not sure how well the chunks dissolve in the beer so I suggest completely crushing. Maybe a rolling pin on the bag.
- I dissolved it in 1 cup of boiled and cooled water. Some small chunks didn't dissolve since I didn't crush well
- Added to racked beer and stirred well. I first added 3/4 of the solution but ended up adding all of it. As they say it is easier to add more when compared to removing too much.
