A Very nice piece of professional level brewing equipment.
Because of the size it takes a bit more time and work cleaning and sanitizing. But the quality of the beer that comes off this tank Makes it well worth the extra time.
I have had my eye on this fermenter for some time, and I finally bought 2 of them. They are well built and finely tuned to the needs of both a homebrewer and a professional brewer. Very satisfied with this product.
