The Fermenator CIP Spray Ball kit from Blichmann Engineering seamlessy integrates with any size Fermenator to provide convenient and effective cleaning. Let the spray ball do the work while you focus on other tasks! Designed and tested to work with the RipTide Brewing Pump and March 815 pumps, the spray ball requires a flow rate of 7 gallons per minute to be fully effective.

I own (4) of the original 15G Fermenators and have been sanitizing them with a homemade spray ball assembly for years. Nice to see something more 'stable' and designed specifically for this purpose now available.

What size QD do i need on the outside (i.e. what is the size thread on top)?

BEST ANSWER: 1/2” male thread on top so you’ll need a female 1/2” QD.

Haven't used it yet!
Product is just as described, well made but I haven't used it yet! Looks like it is going to be just what I need to clean in place. If for some reason it doesn't perform as needed I will adjust my review.

Next to Godliness.
I switch it between fermenator and brew kettle and it works extremely well in both. Using the Riptide pump with it.

Works great!
I bought this to use with my Blichmann Conical. It’s very easy to use along wit a pump and some silicone tubing. Cuts down on effort and cleaning costs. I use it to clean and sanitize.
