Has anyone used this as a bottling bucket for 1gal batches?

BEST ANSWER: This would work alright for that purpose if you get a small enough spigot that will seal against the curve of the jar. I would recommend 3/8" or less. Otherwise you can always siphon from this or a primary/secondary fermenter straight into the bottles.
