The best of them all
I have tried all the popular crystal malts and this is by a wide margin the most flavorful of any light colored malt. My next issue is decide on the best Munich.

A little bit of amber color, a lot of tasty caramel flavor
I love using this to add some color and complexity; the sweet caramel flavors are great for just about any beer, though if you'r not careful they'll get overwhelmed by a lot of dark roast flavors in porters and stouts.

Nice and subtle
Great for a hint of caramel without really adding much, some head retention and barely any color.
