Our Peru Cajamarca Wet Processed beans are sourced are sourced from family owned farms organized around the Central Fronteriza del Norte de Cafetaleros (CENFROCAFE). This umbrella cooperative was established in 1999 and supports 80 organizations and 2,000 coffee producers in the region of Cajamarca, Peru. They provide training and financing aimed at improving coffee quality and yields to increase farmer earnings.
These beans are known to have notes of peach, hibiscus, honey, and caramel.
