Original Gravity[OG]: Enter your desired original gravity. In general, starter wort should be between 1.020 and 1.040.
Starter Volume: Enter the volume of liquid you will be using.
Unit: Select either Gallon or Liter. This field refers to the "Starter Volume" field. For instance if you are making a 2 liter starter you enter 2 in the "Starter Volume" field and select "Liter" in the unit field.
