Who We Are:
MoreFlavor! is the largest independently owned beer and wine making supplier in the world. We have been helping brewers make over 45 million pints of beer and 140 million glasses of wine since 1995. We sell to hobbyists, hobbyist stores and professional breweries/wineries around the world from our websites and retail stores. We operate distribution centers on the East and West coasts. We are an exciting company that is expanding online, adding physical stores, and working with new wholesale accounts and breweries daily.   

What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for amazing, high energy people to help find solutions to customer calls and emails. Being a current beer or winemaker is a big plus but it is not required. However you should be interested in learning how to make your own. Your training will involve going through a learning levels program where you are actually making your own beer, wine and coffee as you progress to becoming an expert. You will need a smile, good energy, basic computer skills and the ability to get stuff done while working in a fast paced environment.

This is a great entry level job that can lead to a career. There are lots of opportunities in Sales and Customer Service and even throughout other departments like Product Management, Showrooms, Digital Marketing, etc.  We have a long history of promoting from within. In fact many of our management staff distinguished themselves in the Sales and Customer Service department before advancing through the company. This job can also be a great stepping stone into the brewery business. Employees have gone on to work at Sierra Nevada, Heretic, Anderson Valley, Trumer, Lagunitas, and many more breweries as well as several other beer and wine related companies.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries
• Taking orders over the phone
• Assisting with customer returns
• Working with the team to find customer solutions
• Learning about new products and brewing techniques
