Description

The Alembic Copper Domed lid will help you achieve a smoother, richer, sweeter tasting spirit by helping to remove unwanted sulfur compounds. The large copper surface area acts as a catalyst with distilling vapor to enhance and concentrate flavors and aromas during the distilling process. Primarily intended for use with the Copper Pot Still, but it can also be used with the Copper Reflux still if desired.

Compatible with the 35L size BrewZilla and DigiBoil.

9-1/2" Tall
12-3/8" Diameter.

Please note that copper is a very soft metal and can be dented quite easily. Store and use with care.

Will this fit T-500 pot and condenser??

BEST ANSWER: It fit's any boiler with an internal diameter no smaller than 11 3/8 inches, and an outside diameter of no more than 12 5/16 inches. The hole at the top of the dome is just larger than 1 7/8 inches, with a rim of 5/8 inch before the dome tapers down, and can be drilled out to 2 1/2 inches, unless the retaining nut for your condenser is 3/8 inch thicker than the radius of the threads. You may have to pad or adjust your boilers retaining clamps but I wouldn't think so.

Just as long as your O.D. isn't greater than 12-1/2 and no smaller than 12-1/4. I use it on a Digiboil pot which it's made for , but it started on a 5 gallon SS pot.

BEST ANSWER: No, this is not compatible with the 10.5 gallon anvil kettle. This lid is only compatible with BrewZilla nd Digiboil kettles.

BEST ANSWER: Can confirm they do work together. These 2 paired with a digiboil 35L work well together. The clamps on the boiler did not provide a super tight clamp on the Alcoengine dome so I use a wood spacers on top of the lip of the dome that the the digiboil clamps make contact with and pinch the dome down tight

I m not sure if directly will fit, but if you go to your local plumbing store you can get a few fittings and will work. That's what I did.

BEST ANSWER: This is designed to fit the Digibiol and Robobrew and Brewzilla systems. If the Gigawort is the same diameter then it will likely fit.

Is this compatible with the Mash and Boil?

BEST ANSWER: I purchased this based on the reply that said it fits a mash and boil. It does not it has to small of an outer circumference to fit. It need to be about 3/16-1/4” larger diameter in order to fit.
