Does this scale measure in 10s and 100s? For example like 1.53g?

BEST ANSWER: No. This scale only reads in whole, 1 gram increments.
It does weigh in tenths of an ounce (e.g. 5.1oz).

It works. For now. I should have known better, for 10 bucks, but it is exceptionally cheap and plasticky. That said, it does seem to measure small <10g quantities pretty accurately. I should have opted for a more expensive one...
