BEST ANSWER: Yes you can. I actually lift mine with an overhead rail mounted winch connected to the handles.
A winch is a jerky rough lift system. They have taken this for a couple years with no sign of weakness.

Yes , I have done it. You have to be careful not to over tighten as it will be harder to pressure seal.

For longer distances like done a flight of stairs I do use the stand

Yes, just make sure the handle is securely on the fermentator. It will be somewhat heavy as you’ll have just over 5 gallons. Keep in mind plain water weighs about 8 pounds a gallon.

Essential accessory for Fermzilla

Wonderful quality. Be careful to not over-tighten the fasteners or you could damage the fermenter.

Works!

It would be nice if this was included with the fermenter, since its a bear to pick up without it. But, since its not, we have/get to buy one. It fits nice and securely, and makes moving the FermZilla as easy as it should be.
