Similar to other Slovenian varieties lumped in the Styrian Golding family, Savinjski is referred to by various names but said to originate from Fuggle. It exhibits classic noble character, with relatively low alpha acid levels and delicate, spicy, grassy flavors.

Great for late addition in TTL clone
I use these for a cask conditioned Timothy Taylor Landlord clone and it does the trick. Good for the marmalade effect.

great for classic (Belgian) recipies
Used it instead of the classic Styrian Golding in a recipe for a Belgian Golden Strong Ale. Worked out great.
