Description

Type C Camlock Fitting. Female Camlock with 1/2" Barb (13mm).

Camlock fittings are the preferred choice for many home and professional brewers alike. They have a higher working pressure and hold a tighter seal than quick disconnect fittings, making them less likely to leak while in use. Locking and unlocking the female pieces may require two hands, but it's a small price to pay for long-lasting reliability.

304 Stainless steel construction. 150 psi working pressure.

BEST ANSWER: I use Oetiker 25.6 (1"). Oetiker clamps are stamped 25.6 on the band. I dont know if Morebeer sells that size so check with them. It would be great if Moorbeer could stock them. Perhaps you can convience them to since they sell the camlocks and hose. It's also really lame that Morebeer doesn't list the Oetiker part number on the web site.

The only reason I purchased this was to use in with my recently acquired recirculation / Sparge arm. I found it to be easy and reliable. Now I contemplating switching all my quick disconnects to camlocks.

Tge inner diameter of the fitting is not 1/2 inch and the fittings do not want to stay closed without securing with zip ties. I purchased the same fittings 4 years ago and although it's the same listing the fittings are different.

Great Upgrade
