Description
Mosaic® spiked in popularity immediatly after its' release due its' incredibly pungeant and unique character. With a genealogy that includes Simcoe as a mother, this hop has bursting citrus, pine, mango, and blueberry aroma. Great for bittering and aroma, this quickly became a favorite hop for single hop beers. Get your hands on this highly saught after hop while you can!
 
Whole cone hops are typically the preffered format for dry hopping as they maintain contact with the beer by floating, they are easier to remove than pellets and they add a unique character to the beer. Adding whole cone hops directly to the mash tun is also a great way to add some extra hop flavor and to clarify your wort as it filters through the flowers.

I feel like whole leaf hops are better for dry hopping in the keg than pellets. Possibly a little better clarity and aroma as a result.

Great hops, but seem to be degrading
Whole leaf hops, and some seemed to be starting to turn. Despite that, made a nice dry hop addition for my IPA.

Great hops but prefer the pellets
The Mosaic whole hops were full and well-packaged. I used them in a New England IPA, but overall, I prefer the pellet hops. The whole leaf hops absorb a large amount of wort, and thy are much harder to handle than the pellets.
