Description

The Blast bottle washer, made by Fermtech, allows you to easily wash bottles, carboys, tubing, and more. Attach to any faucet with a garden hose thread, or to a sink with the CE21 faucet adapter, and turn on the water. The Blast will only spray water when you push down on the the nozzle. Because the nozzle reduces to a small diameter it can be used to clean narrow items such as tubing lines

Has anyone tried the Monster Cleaner Sanitizer Injector vs. the Blast Carboy and Bottle Washer? I'm looking for something to help knock the yeast residue loose after bottle conditioning.

The Vintage Shop Bottle Tree | The Bottle Tower | Monster Cleaner Sanitizer Injector
The Vintage Shop Bottle Tree | The Bottle Tower | Monster Cleaner Sanitizer Injector
BEST ANSWER: Andrew, I typically follow the rinse-sanitize-rinse rule by using the blast carboy bottle washer to rinse any Carboys/bottle with the hottest water I can stand, then sanitize using One Step in the Monster Cleaner Sanitizer followed by a final rinse with the bottle washer and the draining. For tough residue, you may have to use a bottle brush or stronger cleaners (PBW, Star San) and let it soak per the instructions. Just my thoughts. Steve

More accurate but less power
More accurate and easier to control than the old brass model but less powerful jet so it is an alternative but not a replacement, depending on what I’m using it for.
