Description

(General AA range 2.5-4.5% Current AA range is 4.0%) The first choice for Czech-style Pilsner and light Lagers. In general, you cannot go wrong finishing most any lager with this superior hop. We also use it in some Belgian Ales and even in Light Ales. Even though it has a low alpha-acid content you will find many traditional recipes using this hop for both bittering and for flavor/aroma additions.

Classic Pilsner Hop
If you want to emulate the original pilsner you just have to use Czech Saaz hops! I use them for all additions and I do a double decoction!

My go-to noble hop
I always keep a few ounces on hand because they turn up in all kinds of classic/continental recipes. They make it into all my Belgians. A really flavorful, refined hop.

I love this hop!
Saaz hops are essential for Czech Pilsners and Saisons. I love the unmistakeable spicy flowery nose that Saaz bring to my beers. A true Noble classic hop that everyone should brew with.
