Behold, our extra pale kit featuring hops from the land down under...Australia! This over the top pale is a hop bomb! A classic American Pale Ale with deep aromas of passion fruit and citrus.

Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.

Great Pale
Love this ale. Came out 7.5 abv so a bit more IPA ish but smooth. Fruity flavor of galaxy hop was very tasty. Been waiting to get my hands on the hops and I'm glad I did.

Galaxy
First pale ale kit I've brewed. Great beer. Mines came out a very dark amber color however. Nothing like the picture. Not sure what i did wrong but I've only been brewing a few months lol. Good kit overall.

Fantastic and hoppy beer
This is one of my absolute favorite brews. The hops were amazing, the bitterness and flavors were perfectly balanced. I would highly recommend this if you love hoppy beers. I'm about to brew another now that summer is here.

Very good and *easy* PA
Easy to brew and tasty floral/fruity character. Would recommend this to folks who don't want a gigantic IPA, but who still want a nice hop-forward brew.

I have brewed this kit a few times with different yeast strains, and I prefer it with WLP051 (California V - Anchor). I make a big starter w/that yeast, and it seems to get a little less sulphur.

Fantastic extract kit
i brew AG/PM/ or extract depending on many factors, including weather. This Galaxy kit is one of the very best extract kits I've made. The mango/passionfruit aromas and flavors of this kit are strikingly delicious and inviting in warmer weather. I liked it so well, it was my first gluten reduced beer for my newly gluten sensitive beer buddy (AKA wife of 34 years). Try it!

Great pale ale
I would highly recomend this beer. It is just a good alround Pale. Perfect for ipa and non ipa drinkers alike.
