The Artisan Hops® Hop Shot is an easy way to boost IBUs without adding vegetal matter to your beer. This CO2 hop extract is made from 100% Columbus hops, which will impart a slight earthy, citrus character to your beer. 1 mL boiled in 5 gallons of 1.050 wort for 60 minutes will add approximately 10 IBUs. Add to boiling wort only. We recommend softening the extract before use.
