Nice In English Brown Ales
I use this yeast in some of my English Brown Ale recipes. Will impart a mineral taste and lets the malt flavors come through very well.

Great Strain!
Used this as a primary yeast in a flanders red ale. Great attenuation and flavor profiles. Very clean yeast! Will use again.

Great English strain
I usually use Thames valley ale yeast for small English beers like ordinary bitters but this is nice for bigger English brews.

Fantastic yeast! Try it in place of 1056.
I had used 1056 for my ales for quite some time, but I started to split the batches and use different yeasts and ended up liking the 1028 London better. Give it a try it is a fantastic yeast.
