A strong fermenting, true top cropping yeast that produces a dry, slightly tart, crisp beer. Ideal for beers when a low ester profile is desirable.

Attenuation: 74-78%
Temperature Range: 58-74° F (14-23° C)
Alcohol Tolerance: approximately 10% ABV

The yeast is always a 10 for me as I always have great fermentation with it. Good product and price.

Nice Yeast
It will put out a sulfur smell early on but it clears up and doesn't end up in the beer. I use this for wheat beers where I don't want the banana/clove Hefeweizen character.
