Super effective and easy to use
I would give this five stars, but it does not come with the “female to female” hose adapter needed to connect it to the water supply via garden hose (this is fairly obvious if you look at the picture carefully). Consider buying an adapter before using this on brew day.

Wow is all I can say.....
This unit brought down a five gallon batch from 200 deg after whirlpool to 68 in ten minutes. I could have gone lower too.
water in was 62 deg,
The only downside is there isn't enough time to sit back and enjoy a beer like there was with my old immersion chiller.
Cleanup is easy as the 1/2" QD I added are compatible with the 3/4' garden hose QD I use, so it's as simple as attaching my garden hose to wort out and letting it flush for a few minutes - I'll also recirculate with hot PBW rinse them put in the oven for 60 minutes to sanitize and dry. just cover the wort connections with aluminum foil and store for the next brew day.

Easy to use, andTime Saver
I'm using this chiller for 18 month now. It is very easy to use (I use gravity feed), and saves time over using an immersion chiller. It does cool the wort from boiling to within a few degrees of the cooling water. It's amazing how much heat it takes away. The drawback it the cold break goes into your fermenter. However, I've not noticed any detrimental effects on my end product. Make sure to counter flush it after use to remove any trub that is in the chiller.

Mislabeled
I'm not sure if I got a different model but the one I received has GHT not MPT on the water inlet/outlet, it not an issue for me as I already had the quick disconnects for the garden hose. I have not used this product yet so my five stars are for appearance what looks to be a quality item.

Works Great
Works great; awesome value. Only downside is that there isn't a mounting bracket like the other brand. Be sure to use a hop rocket/spider or you'll clog up!
I use this gravity and with pump depending on the height of the kettle I'm using.

Great wort chiller
I've used this wort chiller on at least 50 batches of beer and love it! Way better than immersion chillers. Easy to sterilize and cools the wort to just a couple of degrees above the cooling water temperature. Quick too! I use just gravity feed and it only takes about 10 minutes to cool 10 gallons of wort from boiling.
