Please Note: For best results we Always recommend ordering an Ice Pack with your liquid yeast. Ice Packs can be found below in the "You might Also Need" section.

Please Note: When choosing an ice pack option beware that the liquid yeast will not arrive cold even when shipped together. Ice packs and insulated mailing options are designed to keep the yeast colder for longer during shipment, but they will not ensure that your yeast arrives cold. Should this cause a second fermentation? I pitched it on day 21.

BEST ANSWER: Not surprised. This is a slow process and may take quite a few months to sour. I let mine go for about 6 months.Enter an answer to this question.

This yeast and bacteria combo is great for almost any Belgian Sour brewing. I use this in combination with the Flemish Ale Mix.

Great blend
This blend worked great for me. Loved the straight American Lambic I made with it and so do the judges by the three blue ribbons its produced.

Sours are us
It took a very long time for this to create drinkable beer. At first, can you say dirty sweaty horse blanket. Once done it was wonderful. Be really patient.
