This is a high attenuation yeast for the high gravity beers I brew usually in the 9 to 11 % range.

This is a good product. Shipping was a bit worrying because I am from Minnesota and a yeast coming in in the summer from CA could have potential effects. But with the ice pack it came through nice and the beer I made was remarkable. BTW not many other homebrew online shops have this product!
