  • Flocculation: Low
  • Attenuation: 85%
  • Alcohol Tolerance: Medium to High (8–12%)
  • Cell Count: 100+ Billion

Please Note: For best results we Always recommend ordering an Ice Pack with your liquid yeast. Ice Packs can be found below in the "You might Also Need" section.

Please Note: When choosing an ice pack option beware that the liquid yeast will not arrive cold even when shipped together. Ice packs and insulated mailing options are designed to keep the yeast colder for longer during shipment, but they will not ensure that your yeast arrives cold. We will not replace liquid yeast that arrives warm. During warmer months we strongly recommend you choose dry yeast.

I use brett strains often in primary and secondary, and this strain is excellent for either. I also intend to use this strain to propagate smaller amounts of wild yeast for blends over time.

Dead Yeast
The yeast came in an ice pack. It was dead. I did not get any fermentation and after 3 days, I bought new yeast from a local company and the wort went nuts!

We are very sorry to hear about your yeast and the trouble you had. We try to do everything we can to ship yeast safely but the summer time is especially hard on the little ones. We also are always happy to recommend shopping at your LHBS for temperature and time sensitive ingredients if you're lucky enough to have one close by. Glad you were able to salvage your brew. Cheers!

This is a good product. Shipping was a bit worrying because I am from Minnesota and a yeast coming in in the summer from CA could have potential effects. But with the ice pack it came through nice and the beer I made was remarkable. BTW not many other homebrew online shops have this product!
