WLP351 is a traditional Bavarian weizen yeast. This strain produces a classic German-style wheat beer, with moderately high, spicy, phenolic overtones reminiscent of cloves.

A wonderful yeast strain for traditional hefeweizens, wheat beers, and roggenbiers.

  • Optimum Fermentation Temp: 66–70°F
  • Flocculation: Low
  • Attenuation: 73–77%
  • Alcohol Tolerance: Medium (5–10%)
  • Cell Count: 100+ Billion
