Please Note: For best results we Always recommend ordering an Ice Pack with your liquid yeast. Ice Packs can be found below in the "You might Also Need" section.
Please Note: When choosing an ice pack option beware that the liquid yeast will not arrive cold even when shipped together. Ice packs and insulated mailing options are designed to keep the yeast colder for longer during shipment, but they will not ensure that your yeast arrives cold. We will not replace liquid yeast that arrives warm. During warmer months we strongly recommend you choose dry yeast.

Haven’t used it yet but….
Shipping was great. I ordered 3 packs of WL yeasts. All were still cool from the ice pack. Got it in about 5 days from order.

Excellent Clean and Malty-forward yeast
Excellent yeast. Clean and malt-forward. Has brought me several medals in the Altbier and Scottish ale subcategories. Needs a lot of headspace

Great for Long Trail Ale clone
I made a Long Trail Ale clone with mulled spices for Christmas, and it was a HIT! No one believed it was a home brew. Great yeast. OG 1.050 FG 1.016. Should have made a starter, but the beer still tasted great!

My favorite yeast ever.
I simply love this yeast. It is super versatile, super hearty, and settles out well enough for my patience level. The best part is that you can brew ale with it or, when you don't feel like going to the hassle of using a proper lager strain (or if you can't achieve the required temperature range) you can brew pseudo-lager style with it too.

Unless you are looking for a style that demands a particular yeast profile, like a really crazy Belgian, a clove-laden wheat, or a super-ester British this yeast is able to do it all. Why? Because it's just about the cleanest yeast I've ever brewed with. The flavors are super smooth, which really allows the malt and hops to express themselves. I could go on, but I think I'd rather go brew a batch with some Alt yeast...
