WLP023 Burton Ale is a famous English yeast strain from Burton-on-Trent. This strain is described as fruity, with hits of apple, clover honey, and pear. Perfect for Bitters, IPAs, ESBs, and pale ales. Over the years many home brewers have found WLP023 works exceptionally well in porters and stouts as well. Add a little British character to your next beer with this well round strain!
