Quick Starter and Fermenter. Can complete fermentation in 3 days above 17C (63F). Estery aroma, the fruitiness of which is generally attributed to a Full-bodied English Ale. This strain has moderate attenuation and low flocculation, which (as always) can be improved through cooling your beer post fermentation.

works as expected
I brewed the all grain B3 stout recipe and wanted it to finish on the sweet side without adding lactose. I knew from previous experience that Windsor would be my choice. I pitched 2 packs re-hydrated and it worked as expected. The result is a wonderful dessert beer.

Low attenuation
I'm not crazy about the low attenuation but it did make a tasty Scottish ale with low ABV. I probably won't use this again.

This is my go-to yeast for New England IPAs. I wouldn't use anything else. My end results are better than treehouse/trillium.
