The next generation WilliamsWarn BrewBottler. This counter-pressure bottle filler allows you to bottle from a ball lock homebrew keg without losing any carbonation. The BrewBottler can accommodate bottles up to approximately 330 mm (13") in height and 150 mm (5.9") in diameter. This allows a variety of bottle types to be used, including bottle sizes up to 3L (101 oz.).

Filling
Once the gas and beverage hoses are connected via the simple push-lock fittings on top of the valve, you just open the gas side for a few seconds to pressurize the bottle and purge air, close that and then open the beverage side to allow beverage to enter. With back-pressure in place, the beverage fills without foaming issues or carbonation loss. Pressure release and therefore fill flow rate are controlled by how open the variable pressure valve is set.

A 500ml bottle (1 US pint) can be filled in 40 seconds and a full 5-gallon keg can be bottled in roughly 30 minutes. Since your beer was already carbonated before you bottled it, your bottled beer is ready to consume immediately! And thanks to the purging process, your beer will be exposed to less oxygen and will maintain its original flavor profile for longer. Keep some bottles on hand, send them to your next competition, or take them to a party to impress your buddies.

The price for this Version 2 model is more acceptable than the original all-metal version. Online videos make it appear to be significantly easier to use than the home-built one that I have.

Although a little more expensive than other counter-pressure fillers. the convenience of a stand was a factor in setting this up in my brewing space.

Do I have to mount this on a wall?
Kevin on May 11, 2022
BEST ANSWER: No, I use mine without mounting it to a wall. It is possible to make an "L" shaped board to mount it to, to add some additional heft, but with the benchop adapter (included) it works just as good without the additional support.
What connectors come with the filler, including their size, and what would you need on the gas side to conect it to the keg and regulator? Thanks
Jeff Loader on May 13, 2022
BEST ANSWER: David Lange is correct that the filler is set up with a push fit connector for 1/4" OD tubing. If you are using 1/4" tubing for you gas, you will be good to go. If not, you are probably using a regulator with a 5/16" barb and connecting your gas with 5/16" thick-wall tubing. If that's the case, you will need to transition from your gas tubing to the 1/4" OD tubing. I haven't figured out what fittings can make that happen.
Is there a way to swap out the connections and use this on a sanke keg setup? I also have a 5/16 gas line.
Samuel Scott on Jun 13, 2023
BEST ANSWER: Since I use both Ball Lock kegs and Sanke, I bought Ball Lock posts and fitted them to a Sanke tap so I can use all of my ball lock equipment with Sanke Kegs. I also re-plumbed my BrewBottler with 8mm DuoTight lines and fittings. It still has 2 or 3 inches of 1/4-inch tubing that comes out of the head but goes to a couple of 8mm to 1/4-inch DuoTight reducers. I suppose you could come up with a way to use DuoTight fittings to connect up to a more standard Sanke coupler as well. - Hope this helps.
Can this fill a growler? I assume not, but...
Paul Illa on May 13, 2022
BEST ANSWER: I think it depends on the shape and size of the growler and the type of opening it has. I use it to fill 1-liter EZ Cap bottles with the bail and an optional handle (that I use for growlers), but I haven't tried it with any other types and sizes of growlers.

Works great once it's set up and figured out
Like other reviewers, I was stymied by the gas connection at first. If you are using 1/4" OD CO2 tubing, then this will work out of the box. If you are using a different size CO2 line, you will want to buy a hose-stem adapter that has a hose barb on one end sized for your CO2 line and a 1/4" stem on the other. The 1/4" stem will plug into the shutoff valve on the filler's gas line. Using it the first time was tricky because the instructional videos are limited and there is no manual. The trick is to get a good seal at the mouth of the beer bottle so the bottle holds pressure. Once the bottle is pressurized, filling is a breeze.

Here is a win-win idea....
I purchased this gadget last week (May 2023). As others have already commented, it is a good product but chances are you will not be able to use it right away. If I were Olin (or Darren or Chris) I would inform my customers in advance and then I would put out a small kit with all the extra pipe & fittings needed to run it adequately. That way my clients are always happy clams plus I generate some extra income for the store. A win-win.....

Good product, not the right connections
I do love this device; I really do, but they do not send what is needed to connect to gas line. In order to use this in the most optimal way; for me it's screw in connections for gas and liquid you'll need to add the following:

DUO106 - Push-in fitting 8 mm x 1/4 flare
DUO100 - Push-in fitting 6.35 mm x 8 mm reducer
DUO201 - Rigid plastic joiner
DUO103 - Push-in fitting 8 mm x 1/4 BSP

That set up allows me to use the flared connections on both gas and liquid and switch much quicker between kegs and cleaning.

The CPBF I've been looking for
This is the Counter Pressure Bottle Filler I have been looking for! You needed to be an octopus to run my old one with all of the valves while pressing down on it to keep the seal. The spring loaded bottle holder / stopper is perfect!

I did re-plumb mine by converting the 1/4-inch tubing to 8mm DuoTight and EVAbarrier tubing using 2 of the DUO100 adapters and then other assorted DuoTight fittings.

Video is incorrect with regards to hose position
If you look at the units mounted on the wall the black hose is mounted on the left. In the video he mounts the black hose on the right. If you follow the valve positions the unit does not work. I wasted 48 ounces of beer due to over foaming.

Not a happy brewer.

Flawless counter pressure filler!
By far the best home brew counter pressure bottle filler I have used. The tube that comes with it is 1/4”OD poly tube. You can adapt to 5/16 Eva duotight with a 1/4”x5/16” adapter available from Morebeer.

Perfectly filled and carbonated counter pressure fill with near zero waste due to foaming.

Not ready to use - Doesn't come with the gas side connector and fittings
You get your new toy..... but you cannot use it? Kit uses EURO sourced parts (DM fittings), also not able to find the special "Keg King" gas connector (see picture) Smooth end after barbs. Had to improv, placed a second order for the following parts: DUO106,DUO100 and DUO201. Needed to build connectors to go from ball-lock connectors 1/4" flare fitting back to the 1/4" tubing. I built the following out of push fittings - (1/4" flare x 5/16 fitting (to) 5/16" rigid tubing (to) 5/16" x 1/4" connector.
I also had to order (2) rolls x 30' x 1/4" tubing and extra 1/4" x 1/4" connectors from another online source since the 1/4" tubing provided is simply insufficient to do anything with. clear tube = 147cm, black tube = 150cm. (both less than 5') You will also probably want extra 1/4" x 1/4" connectors to be able to connect and disconnect more easily. It's almost 22" tall and 4.75" wide with semi-rigid tubing protruding from the side 2/3rds from the bottom.... It better be wall mounted to secured to something fer shure.

I wish I was writing about using it instead of how I had to figure out what additional parts I needed to buy to make it work.
Note smooth part on ball-lock barb end
Inserted into the 5/16" end of the 5/16" x 1/4" connector .

This doesn’t include all the tubing and parts needed to hook up to C02 line. Also, this tubing 6.5mm OD is near impossible to find. I wish Morebeer carried parts in support of items they sold. Haven’t been able to use as a result.

Gas side needs to be included
Looks like a great unit well built, however still trying to figure out how to hook it to the co2 side. Hoses and connections are smaller then duotight and only comes with a ball lock connector for the liquid. Wish it would come with ball lock connector for the gas side as well.
