We offer this amazing, complex wildflower honey from an artisan apiary in Northern California. This is not a blend of honey from national sources where consistency and texture is valued above flavor. This is the real deal.

We went through a huge panel of honey from a lot of sources and chose this as the most flavorful option. We have found it makes a terrific, complex, base-mead. It is also great in beers and can be found in all of our ingredients kits that feature Wildflower honey.

We buy in 55 gallon drums and package ourselves to ensure that you are getting the highest quality honey at a great price. Our oxygen barrier bagging material will ensure this honey stays at peak freshness till you are ready to create your masterpiece.

Awesome for brewing. Great flavor.
Totally awesome. I've been tempted to buy some for use other than brewing.

I used this honey for my Mead. It performed great with the yeast my brew was 16.5% alcohol. It has the best overall flavor once the mead had time to sit "a bit strong before aging took place". The left over we heated up and put in a container for biscuits.
