I normally hate smoked malts, but this stuff is really nice
Got some of this to make a piwo Grodziskie and a lichtenhainer. Made the piwo Grodziskie so far. Really unique and interesting beer. This malt does NOT taste like meat or ham/bacon as other smoked malts tend to (even at 100% of the grain bill). Just a real nice smoke aroma and a very subtle smoke taste. Although it’s not going to be for everyone, if you are the least bit interested in a smoked beer/malt, I highly recommend this stuff.
