Please select from the following option(s) to see pricing and availability.

Set your sights on a brand new Torpedo Keg! The patented, D794,889, sleek all-stainless design represents a new era of homebrew kegs. With features like welded stainless handles, the ability to stack with fittings in place, amazing quality and a great price we think these kegs will become the standard by which other kegs are measured.

Quality First
The first thing we at MoreBeer! check out is interior welds. We've spent a decade rejecting kegs made overseas because the interior welds have never met our standards. If a weld is not perfect and shows evident burn marks along with nooks and crannies it cannot be sanitized effectively. These kegs are machine welded and exceed our standards for quality. The weld quality is possible because these kegs made by an ISO certified commercial keg manufacturer.

Cool Features
Torpedo Kegs were designed to stack with Ball Lock quick disconnects in place and serving which is a cool feature for some brewers who have vertical space in their refrigerator. We also like the rolled stainless steel handles. They are comfortable to grab and will never come off like some rubber handles can over time. In and Out is etched near the keg posts for easy identification which is very handy when you are connecting lines in a refrigerator or kegerator and trying not to make a mistake.

Overall for the price and quality, along with free shipping from MoreBeer!, the Torpedo Keg is an amazing value!

Taking your keg on the go? Don't leave home without a custom fitted Torpedo Keg Sleeve!

I'm interested in seeing how well they stack. In particular, I want to be able to lager some beers in the back of my fridge using as little space as possible.

I'm adding to my supply of kegs, chose Torpedo in the beginning and have stuck with them since, partly because they are all stainless, no plastic.

Do u need an adapter to hook up to a normal kegerator if so what is it called?
Matt Mcdonald on May 7, 2018
BEST ANSWER: If your kegerator is fitted with a commercial sanke tap, then yes. They require Ball Lock disconnects. These should match up with your existing hosing if so.

Are these kegs shipped with any type of protective packaging? I have seen several reviews saying that people received them with scratches and dents.
Gerrod McKnight on Feb 27, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes, they are packaged in a plastic liner and then put inside of a box.

great kegs - check the measurements for your keezer
They're a bit shorter and wider than typical kegs. Check your measurements and make sure they will fit - otherwise the skinny torpedoes might be a better choice.

Purchased for soda water
Bought a couple so I could have soda water on tap at home. Made a fizzy sweet tea, root beer, apricot soda, and nitro cold brew too. Kegs clean up nicely between use. Arrived in great shape and really fast.

Great small kegs
Work as they are supposed to and small enough to fit in a mini-fridge! The interlocking stackability is nice too.

Nice good quality keg
Great little keg. Slightly larger diameter than regular ball lock kegs. Great quality product. If you're looking for a small keg this one definitely works.

High quality, lightweight
I brew for parties, but wanted a non-alc or GF option, so I filled one of these up with lemonade from the frozen cans, tossed in a tablespoon of rose water, force carbonated it, and stuck it in a plastic tote with some ice. HUGE hit, both straight and with some rum. Had to get the next size up for the next party.

Unique and Useful Features
I have four 5 gallon Torpedo kegs that I use for layering and dispensing beer, and one 1.5 gallon Torpedo that I use for cleaning beer lines and taps. Among the things I like about them are their light weight, relatively open, unobstructed top lid area and labels for both ball lock posts. The sometimes irregular hatch openings can make them hard to seal, as noted by other reviewers, although I've always been able to get a tight seal with some fidldling. Occasional post dimension issues can often be solved with a little keg lube. I especially like the 1.5 gal mini keg for running brewery wash, water and Starsan through beer lines, taps, and connections.
