Gas System:

Famous for its innovative tipping Mash Tun, the Tippy-Dump BrewSculpture allows you to easily dump spent grain after mashing.  Place a garbage can on the built-in step, tip the mashtun and you're done… no heavy lifting or scooping necessary! Inspired by professional brewpub brewhouses, which are designed to fit in tight spaces, the mashtun is placed directly over the hot liquor tank. This not only saves space but also allows for heat coming off the hot-liquor tank to help keep the mashtun warm during the mash.

In the V4 BrewSculpture, we have added a Tippy Disc that is welded directly to the kettle. This allows for the mashtun to be locked in when vertical and then to be rotated and locked in at different angles as you empty and clean the mashtun. The Tippy Dump system includes a built in flip-down stainless step giving you easy access to see into the mashtun.

I have used this! I WANT ONE!
I have used this system with my brewing club! It makes brewing day EASY WORK! You have to watch what your doing!

We brewed 18 gallons of wort for 3 brewers to take home 5 gallons each to ferment in their own way. All products will be submitted for competition.

The only problem with team brewing & the digital control, with many operators, the touch screen is going to pick up a drop of something which blemishes the screen, making some piece of information hard to decipher. In our case it was the timer.

(Is it 68 minutes or 88 minutes? Thankful to our crew chief, we had all set our smart phone timers!)

When a member stoked the screen to remove the blemish, he reset the timer! This could have happened to the pump control or temperature monitors!

For an improvement to the digital control, I would suggest that 2 fingers in different areas of the screen be required to change ANY control or timer. Wet hands are going to happen on brewing day!

Also, locking "bails" be included on the USB connections to float & temperature sensors. We had one which fell apart & because of it, the pump would not start. The eagle eye of another brewer, saw it, we corrected it & the pump started right up!

I want one of these for my own!
