Named after the rich mountainous landscape of the Pacific Northwest, Talus® was originally developed by crossing a neomexicanus strain with open pollination from a Pacific NW hop—resulting in a gorgeous new hop brand that's as stunning as the landscape from which hails. A daughter of Sabro®, this aroma hop is exceedingly expressive with notes of citrus, floral, wood, and fruit aromas that shine through whether added in the boil or during dry hop. This versatile hop is a great for any hop-forward styles including Pale Ale, IPA, Hazys, or Hoppy Lagers and IPLs.
