Description

Styrian Cardinal is one of the newest Slovenian hop varieties available. Originally developed and released by the Slovenian Institute of Hop Research and Brewing, Cardinal was bred from European and American germplasm. This aroma hop is known for its citrus, gooseberry and pineapple character.

Alpha Acids: 8 – 10%
Beta Acids: 3.2 – 4.6%
Alpha-Beta Ratio: 1.7 - 3.1
Cohumulone: (% of alpha acids): 31 – 37%
