This paddle has exceeded my expectations, I thought it might be a bit flimsy for the price, but many brews later, it is holding up great, very well built.

It even stirs!
We use it on a 5bbl brew in a basket system, so a big system with no motorized rakes. This paddle is big enough to get all the way to the bottom of the mash, so it works great for that. Downside is that a paddle this big is a little heavy so my arm gets tired, but that's no fault of the paddle. Every day is arm day at the brewery!

For the price I expected it to be flimsy, but it is a heavier gauge of stainless steel!!! Would definitely buy again!
